How do I find my website's competitors?
Enter your domain, pick a country, and click Find competitors. We look at the keywords your domain ranks for in Google, then find the other domains that rank for those same keywords most often. The ones that overlap the most with you are listed first — those are your real search competitors.
What is a competitor finder tool?
A competitor finder discovers the websites competing for the same search terms as your domain. Instead of guessing who your rivals are, it finds the sites that actually rank alongside you in Google — so you can benchmark your SEO against the sites that matter, not just the big brands in your industry.
How does this tool find competitors?
It pulls your domain's keyword profile from Google search data, then checks which other domains rank for the largest number of those same keywords. Domains with the most "shared keywords" are ranked highest — those are your closest competitors.
What do "shared keywords" and "overlap" mean?
Shared keywords is the number of keywords where both your domain and the competitor rank in Google. Overlap shows that number as a percentage of your own total ranking keywords — a high overlap means that domain is competing with you across a large slice of your keyword footprint.
Where does the traffic and keyword data come from?
Ranking positions and keyword data come from Google search data via DataForSEO, the same underlying data used by major SEO platforms. "Their keywords" is the total number of keywords that domain ranks for, and "est. traffic/mo" is an estimate of the organic search traffic that keyword footprint generates.
Is this competitor finder free?
Yes — this tool itself is free. It runs on your own DataForSEO account, which is pay-as-you-go (no monthly subscription). Each check costs roughly a couple of cents, so a $50 deposit covers thousands of competitor lookups.
